I too have this IP in my account login history. As well as others since July from other places globally.
This appears it was not brute force attempts, as the log would show failed login attempts. They just logged right in, first try. Sounds like a web site vulnerability.
I tried deleting my name from the user settings page. No problem. This "bug" is literally about people being upset that information they opted-in to share was shared.
Hm. I wonder if anyone is doing the work to get Android apps runnable on desktop Linux systems. Some googling suggests that at this point, Android-x86 can more or less run in a chroot already...
