Basically, it's ok for him to charge for his right of image, it's ok for the GPL to place limits on IP, but it's not ok for others to charge for other rights like IP or limit the ways their IP can be used

Nothing. It's a typical ad hominem attack and the parent comment either 1) doesn't understand that this does nothing to invalidate an argument or 2) doesn't care.
