I’m a software engineer who has been consulting for the past few years, and I’ve decided the time has come for me to move back into a more stable full-time job. While I’m language agnostic (“use the right tool for the right job” philosophy), recently I’ve been really excited about working in Elixir, Go, Objective-C and Swift. Areas that interest me include mobile in general, collaboration, messaging, developer APIs, hardware, and music.
Ideally, I’d like to be involved in a product with a mobile or platform component, and where I can contribute both on the backend (~75%) and frontend (~25%). Of course, I’m very flexible and not bound to these ratios :) The most important points for me when evaluating a company are (in order): great team, interesting problems, and technology stack.
